What we collect on this website

When you send an enquiry, we collect what you type into the form: your name, work email, company, the product you are interested in and your message.

Enquiries are delivered to our team by email through Web3Forms, a form delivery service. We use them only to reply to you and to discuss how entaura.ai could help.

This website does not use advertising trackers.

Data you connect to the platform

Your company decides which databases, documents and mailboxes to connect. entaura.ai reads them with read-only access and never writes back to your systems.

Each knowledge base keeps its data separate, with its own databases and its own read-only user. Database passwords and AI provider keys are encrypted and never shown again.

Answers are generated by the AI provider your organization chooses, using the question and the evidence found for it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond and follow up.

Data in the platform is kept for as long as your organization uses it. Deleting a knowledge base removes its databases, files and chats.
